2. The customer information we collect is used to identify you as a valid licensee of "Fight to Write" for providing technical assistance as required.
3. We limit employee access to customer information to those who need to know this information in order to provide assistance or otherwise service your account.
4. We maintain virus protection and firewalls to protect against unauthorized access to customer information.
5. We do not share or disclose any of the information we collect with any third party with the following exceptions:
 
  • When required by law, such as government entities, in responding to subpoenas or other legal processes.
  • When you have request us to share information.
