a fourteen year career in law enforcement, including
affiliations with the Dallas Police Department, The
New Mexico State police, the Ventura Police and the
Ventura County Probation Department where she was a
superior court investigator, Nancy Taylor Rosenberg
appeared on the literary scene in January, 1993 with
the publication of her first novel, Mitigating
Circumstances. The film rights were purchased by Tri-Star
Films and Academy Award winning director Jonathan
Demme for development as a feature film. The novel
went on to become a New York Times best-seller.
Ms.
Rosenberg's subsequent novels have also appeared on
the New York Times best-seller list: Interest of
Justice, First Offense, California Angel,
Trial by Fire, and Abuse of Power.
Her most recent novels include Buried
Evidence, Conflict of Interest,
Sullivan’s Law, Sullivan's Justice, and Sullivan's
Evidence.
In
1995, Nancy Taylor Rosenberg was voted Woman of
Excellence by Orange County’s Learning for Life
program. Her writing program, Voices of Tomorrow,
targeting inner city youths, has received national
attention.
Nancy
Taylor Rosenberg has appeared on Prime Time Live,
The Today Show, Rivera Live, Entertainment
Tonight, and most recently on CNN's Talk Back
Live, where she discussed the tragic death of
Princess Diana, along with Lord Jeffrey Archer and
acclaimed novelist and practicing attorney, Scott
Turow.
