Q, To download "Fight
to Write" will I need to allow Active-X settings in my
browser? |

A. Because "Fight to Write" uses ActiveX
controls, you may receive a message prompting you to
decide whether you want to allow the content to run.
In order to allow the active content, click Yes
in the message box. By clicking Yes, you allow
the active content to run and the download to proceed. |

Q, What if my system
crashes or I get a new system and I need to reload
"Fight to Write"? |
|
A. If you have the email that you were sent with
the download link and install password you can click
on the link and download again. If you don't
have that information, fill out the form below and
once your purchase is verified you will be sent the
link and password. |

Q, When
I click the submit button on the order form I get a
message that says "A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you
wish to Debug? What should I do? |

A. This message may appear under certain
conditions. If this message comes up, click No and
as long as you have entered all of the required
information, the order will be processed. |

Q. When I click on
"Print enhanced Fight to Write Text" I get a
message that says "The file may contain newer
information than this viewer can support. It may
not open or display correctly." What should I do? |

This is a warning message. If you are running a version
of Adobe Acrobat Reader prior to 6.0 this message may
appear. Click Ok and it will run correctly.
If you don't want to see this message then check the box
on the message that says "Do not show the message
again." You can also go to
www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html and
upgrade to Acrobat Reader 6.0. |

Q. "Fight to Write"
hung up when I clicked on the icon to run it.

Fight to Write is a large file, over 55 megabytes.
On slower systems it may take several seconds to load
it. If you don't wait for it to load and click on the
icon several times, the program will load more than once
and may use up your resources causing it to hang up.
If this happens, reboot and try it again. If the
problem persists, please fill out the form below. |
